Whole Wheat Pancake Batter Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat (whole hard wheat)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or 1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vinegar)
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in your Blendtec blender
- Blend on high and for 2 minutes. The batter will be thin.
