Key Lime Smoothie
Key Lime Smoothie Ingredients:
  • 2 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 large ripe pear, seeded
  • 1 tablespoon key lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
Directions:
  1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed above.
  2. Secure lid and press Smoothie on the Total Blender touchpad or button #1 on older Blendtec blenders.

Carrot Soup


Creamy Tomato Carrot Soup
Creamy Tomato-Carrot Soup Ingredients:
  • 1 whole carrot
  • 2-3 whole plum tomatoes
  • 1-2 stalks of celery
  • 1 piece of cabbage (about 4 inch x 1 inch)
  • 1/4 red or white onion
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 to 1/2 packet Taco seasoning (or your own spices)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup hot water
Directions:
  1. Add ingredients to the blender in order listed and blend on the “Soups” button until desired consistancy.
  2. If needed heat before serving. Enjoy!

Whole Wheat Waffles
Whole Wheat Waffles Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to Blendtec blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour batter onto waffle iron and cook as directed.

Iced Strawberry Lemonade


Iced Strawberry Lemonade
Iced Strawberry Lemonade Ingredients:
  • 10 strawberries
  • 2/3 cup organic sugar
  • 4 whole lemons, rinds cut off
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 ½ cups water
Directions:
  1. Place the strawberries and 1/3 cup of sugar in the blender with 1/2 cup of ice and 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Blend until pureed. Pour into the bottom of glasses.
  3. Rinse your blender with water, then add the lemons, remaining sugar, ice, and water.
  4. With your blender on variable speed #1, begin blending. Quickly increase the speed then turn the blender to high.
  5. Blend until smooth. Pour immediately over the strawberry mixture.
  6. Serve with straws and spoons & enjoy!

Green Spinach Soup Ingredients:
  • 3 cups pure water or vegetable broth
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ bunch organic Spinach
  • 2 Small lemons
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

  1. Add ingredients to the blender in order listed and blend on the “Soups” button.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Milkshake


Chocoloate Chip Milkshake Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookie Milkshake Ingredients:
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3 chocolate chip cookies, broken up
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk
  • Whipped cream, chocolate chips, and extra cookies for garnish, if desired
Directions:
  1. Place vanilla ice cream, cookies, chocolate chips, and milk in blender.
  2. Make sure the lid is on tight and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour chocolate chip cookie milkshake in glasses.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and half chocolate chip cookie, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.

Tortilla Soup


Tortilla Soup made in a Blendtec Blender

Tortilla Soup Ingredients:

  • 9 ripe tomatoes
  • 7 fresh jalapenos
  • 11 cloves garlic
  • 4 medium sized onions, quartered
  • 11 fresh green Anaheim chiles
  • Olive oil
  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 6 cups plum tomatoes (whole or crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 1/4 pounds tortilla chips
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Cotija cheese
  • Cilantro leaves, chopped

Directions:

  1. Place the above ingredients minus the 1 1/4 pound of tortilla chips in your Blendtec Blender
  2. Run blender for 30-45 seconds
  3. Add 1 1/4 pound of lightly blended tortilla chips to the soup and let sit for 1 minute before serving/eating

Apple and Dried Plum Smoothie Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 8 dried plums, pitted
  • 4 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen apple-juice concentrate
  • 1/4 lemon, peeled (leave pithy part on)
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 5-6 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to your Blendtec Blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Better Than Tequila Margaritas


Virgin Margaritas - Blendtec Recipes

Raw Virgin “Better-Than-Tequila” Margarita Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple
  • 2 whole fresh limes peeled and quartered
  • 2 nectarines roughly cut up
  • 1 frozen banana
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 1 cup ice or more for desired consistency
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Directions:

  1. Throw all ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add in ice and water for desired consistency.
  3. Serve in cocktail glasses with salted rims if desired.
