Creamy Tomato-Carrot Soup Ingredients:
- 1 whole carrot
- 2-3 whole plum tomatoes
- 1-2 stalks of celery
- 1 piece of cabbage (about 4 inch x 1 inch)
- 1/4 red or white onion
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/4 to 1/2 packet Taco seasoning (or your own spices)
- Sea salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup hot water
Directions:
- Add ingredients to the blender in order listed and blend on the “Soups” button until desired consistancy.
- If needed heat before serving. Enjoy!
