Carrot Soup


Creamy Tomato Carrot Soup
Creamy Tomato-Carrot Soup Ingredients:
  • 1 whole carrot
  • 2-3 whole plum tomatoes
  • 1-2 stalks of celery
  • 1 piece of cabbage (about 4 inch x 1 inch)
  • 1/4 red or white onion
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 to 1/2 packet Taco seasoning (or your own spices)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup hot water
Directions:
  1. Add ingredients to the blender in order listed and blend on the “Soups” button until desired consistancy.
  2. If needed heat before serving. Enjoy!
